Meeting Registration

The deadline to register for the meeting online is August 15, 2016 (5:00pm PST). Registration will open mid-July.

• Log in to SCEC to register for the meeting.
• Early (prior to deadline) registration fee: $0
• Only on-site registration is available after the deadline.
• On-site registration fee is as follows:
  • Full Meeting ($250) - includes all events and meals listed below
  • Sunday Only ($50) - Reception, Distinguished Lecture, Dinner, Poster Session
  • Monday Only ($100) - Breakfast, Plenary Sessions, Lunch, Dinner, Poster Sessions
  • Tuesday Only ($100) - Breakfast, Plenary Sessions, Lunch, Dinner, Poster Sessions
  • Wednesday Only ($50) - Breakfast, Plenary Sessions
• On-site registration available in the Hilton lobby
  • Sunday, September 11 (07:00-17:00)
  • Monday, September 12 (07:00-08:00, 10:00-15:00)
