Venue and Travel Information

The SCEC Annual Meeting will be held at the Hilton Palm Springs Resort in Palm Springs, California. Participants are recommended to fly directly into Palm Springs Airport (PSP), which is 2 miles from the meeting venue. The Hilton Palm Springs Resort offers a free shuttle service to/from the airport. Participants are asked to call the Hilton front desk (1-760-320-6868) to schedule a ride.

SCEC does not handle hotel reservations. Please plan on booking your own hotel rooms.
